WEAVING
This is a survey related to the environment and the urban landscape.
This exhibition is characterized by the mixture and the coexistence of various elements in the same plan, where the different encounters that occur during the creative process end up composing a scene placing the spectator.
This presents an activity through actions such as recycling, scrapping and construction. Through the different modifications in relation to the work and the materials used, a series of acts is articulated in which the different domains and abstract categories emerge, which prevail in the creative process of the work.
A crossroads of actions which, in a rocky and improvised way, construct a horizon, a horizon line from the conversation between different materials and languages. A representation of the landscape in which a new image emerges from the arrangement in which the parts that make up the different canvases are linked or correspond. Where, ultimately, an impact will be made to end up placing the space in a recognizable and everyday environment for the author.
A work that speaks of the constant transformation of the city and our environment, where the icons that appear in the different paintings place us in a Barcelona in constant decline and resurgence.
TRAMA
Es una investigación relacionada con el entorno y el paisaje urbano.
Esta exposición se caracteriza por la mezcla y coexistencia de varios elementos en un mismo plano, donde los diferentes encuentros que surgen durante el proceso creativo, acaban por componer un lugar situando al espectador.
Esta presenta una actividad mediante acciones tales como reciclar, romper y construir. A través de las diferentes modificaciones en relación a la obra y los materiales empleados, se articulan una serie de actos donde emergen las distintas áreas y categorías abstractas, que prevalecen en el proceso creativo de la obra.
Un cruce de acciones que de forma accidentada y improvisada, van construyendo un horizonte, un skyline a partir de la conversación entre los diferentes materiales y lenguajes. Una representación del paisaje en la que a partir de la disposición en que se relacionan o se corresponden las partes que conforman los diferentes lienzos, surge una nueva imagen. Donde finalmente se incidirá para acabar situando el espacio dentro un ambiente reconocible y cotidiano para el autor.
Una obra que habla de la constante transformación de la ciudad y nuestro alrededor, donde los iconos que aparecen en los diferentes cuadros nos ubican en una Barcelona en constante decadencia y resurgimiento.
